When a client approaches us about a project, we first talk the idea through with the client until the original idea is firm enough to be enshrined in a specification. If need be, we can arrange any necessary market research to resolve areas of uncertainty. We will then make a costed proposal for a solution to fulfil the specification.
We can take responsibility for the delivery of the system, rather than leave the client to project manage or negotiate with third parties.We train in-house staff on systems operation once commissioning is complete.
We consider it of primary importance to communicate in appropriate language - if the client does not want to hear jargon, then the client will not hear any from us. However, our discussions with third parties (programmers, vendors etc) will use the precise language necessary for proper understanding. Part of our skill is in acting as "interpreter" between client and technical personnel.
After delivery, we remain available to the client for ongoing
support or advice on the evolution of the project.
